What happens when a step fails?

Recovery is armed by default. A failed step is retried with adjusted strategy; if it still cannot proceed it stops cleanly, preserves artifacts, and raises an approval so a human can decide the next move.

Can Automata see my passwords?

Credentials live in a scoped vault and are injected at execution time only for the accounts a run is authorized to use. They are never written to logs or artifacts.

How do I prove what a run actually did?

Every run produces a verifiable trail — timeline events, screenshots, verification checks and an audit log — all browsable from the dashboard and exportable as artifacts.
